ALGORITHM FOR THE PROCESS OF MARKETING RESEARCH

Summary

The article deals with the essence of consumer loyalty to brands, which suggests commitment to the company's goods and services, which allows consumers to reduce or eliminate a number of risks, including: the risk of functionality (the product of the selected seller will act as expected), psychological risk (the product will not cause a feeling of failure or self-doubt), financial risk (the product will be in line with its value), the risk of safety (the product will not cause any harm), social risk (the product will not cause disapproval of the reference groups), temporary risk (time spent on the purchase will cost effort).
Office and field marketing research methods have been considered.
The stages of marketing research of the market have been substantiated. The opening (initial) stage of the marketing research process is the definition of the problem (subject of the study). The next stage of the marketing research process is evaluation of the possibilities of studying the problem. The third stage of marketing research is the precise formulation of their tasks and objectives (a specific list of research papers to be completed). At the fourth stage, a research project is being developed. Here the object of research, sources of information, methods of its collection, processing and analysis, as well as those who, how and when will collect it and interpret, are determined. The fifth stage of the marketing research process is the collection and systematization of marketing information. The result of these stages of marketing research is the arrays of information, that is, the 'raw material' that needs to be processed, so that it becomes suitable for making appropriate decisions. Therefore, the next stage of the marketing research process is the analysis of the information received, calculations of the corresponding coefficients, indices, dynamics series, etc. The final stage of the marketing research process is the preparation of the report and its defense, as well as the adoption of specific marketing decisions.
It has been determined that to identify the existing level of satisfaction and loyalty of consumers regarding the products of the enterprise, it is necessary to conduct monitoring. Monitoring results will allow the company to identify the degree of customer satisfaction and analyze the main groups of factors that affect the customer loyalty.

Keywords: algorithm; marketing research; monitoring; stages; methods.
