УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ РИНКУ ОВОЧІВ ЗАХИЩЕНОГО ГРУНТУ НА ОСНОВІ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ЇХ ВИРОБНИЦТВА
Анотація
У статті розглянуто особливості овочівництва захищеного грунту, що є найважливішою галуззю сільського господарства, забезпечуючи цілорічне споживання населенням свіжої овочевої продукції. З'ясовано, що за останні п'ять років спостерігається тенденція розвитку галузі. Проблема підвищення забезпеченості населення свіжими овочами може бути вирішена на основі інтенсифікації, поліпшення наукового забезпечення галузі та будівництва нових тепличних комплексів. Визначено, що одним з основних факторів, що впливають на недостатні темпи приросту виробництва овочевої продукції в Україні, є тривала орієнтація на імпортне забезпечення. З урахуванням сучасних кризових явищ в економіці темпи зростання ринку овочів закритого грунту сповільнилися, але продовжують зберігати позитивну динаміку. Ефективність виробництва овочів закритого грунту має тенденцію до зростання. Запропоновано напрями подальшого розвитку галузі, що не можливий без широкого впровадження інноваційних процесів, використання енерго- і ресурсозберігаючих технологій. Овочівництво захищеного грунту має істотні резерви підвищення ефективності і вдосконалення на цій основі ринку овочів закритого грунту.

IMPROVING THE VEGETABLE MARKET OF PROTECTED SOIL ON THE BASIS OF IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF THEIR MANUFACTURING
Summary
The article mentions the features of the vegetable-growing on the protected soil, which is the most important branch of the agriculture that ensures the whole-year consumption of fresh vegetables by the population. It has been discovered that over the past five years there has been a tendency for the industry development. The problem of increasing the provision of fresh vegetables for the population can be solved due to intensification, improvement of the scientific support of the industry and the construction of new greenhouse complexes. It is especially noted that one of the main factors influencing the insufficient growth rate of vegetable production in Ukraine is the long-term orientation on import support. Given the current crisis in the economy, the growth rate of vegetable market on the closed soil has slowed down, but continues to maintain a positive dynamics. Efficiency of the vegetable production on closed soil has a tendency to increase. In the article the directions of the further development of the industry are proposed, which include the wide use of innovative processes, the use of energy- and resource-saving technologies. Vegetable-growing on the protected soil has significant reserves for increasing its efficiency, therefore improving a market of vegetables on the closed soil.
