Анотація

Статтю присвячено дослідженню сутності економічної безпеки аграрного сектору та її місця в системі національної безпеки України. Досліджено теоретико-методологічні підходи до визначення категорій "економічна безпека" та "економічна безпека аграрного сектору", а також сутність економічної безпеки шляхом характеристики її функціональних складових.
Метою статті є комплексне дослідження сутності "економічна безпека аграрного сектору" та характеристика її окремих функціональних складових.
Методологічною основою дослідження є діалектичний метод пізнання економічних явищ, положення економічної теорії щодо економічної безпеки; аналіз та синтез для визначення теоретичних засад формування складових економічної безпеки.
Обгрунтовано важливість визначення складових елементів економічної безпеки у сучасних умовах. Подано уточнене трактування окремих складових економічної безпеки аграрного сектору, а саме: фінансова, кадрово-інтелектуальна, виробничо-технологічна, політико-правова, безпека прийняття рішень і захищеність інформації, екологічна, інвестиційно-інноваційна, соціальна, маркетингова, ресурсно-технічна, енергетична, продовольча, транспортна, зовнішньоекономічна.

THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR: ESSENCE AND FUNCTIONAL COMPONENTS

Summary

The article is devoted to the study of the essence of economic security in the agrarian sector and its place in the system of national security of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the categories "economic security" and "economic security of the agrarian sector" are investigated, as well as the essence of economic security by characterizing its functional components.
The purpose aim of the article is a complex study of the essence of "economic security in the agrarian sector" and the characteristics of its separate functional components.
The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical method of cognition of economic phenomena, the position of the economic theory of economic security; the analysis and synthesis to the determination of the theoretical foundations for the formation of economic security components.
The importance of determining the components of economic security in the modern conditions is substantiated. The precise interpretation of certain components of the economic security in the agrarian sector is given, such as: financial, personnel and intellectual, industrial-technological, political-legal, decision-making security and information security, ecological, investment-innovation, social, marketing, resource-technical ones, energy, food, transport, foreign trade economy.
