СТАН ТА НАПРЯМИ ПОКРАЩЕННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНО-ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ АГРАРНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті визначено стан та проблеми, які заважають покращенню інвестиційно-інноваційного забезпечення аграрного виробництва. Досліджено роль наукових розробок для аграрного сектору економіки. Проведено аналіз статистичних даних розвитку аграрних інвестицій. Розкрито пріоритети та напрями для вкладення іноземних інвестицій. Визначено основні перешкоди для інвестицій в аграрне виробництво. Досліджено причини низького рівня інновацій в аграрне виробництво. Запропоновано інноваційні інструменти впливу на аграрне виробництво та головні напрями подолання перешкод для інвестування аграрного виробництва, головними серед яких є: подолання корупції на всіх рівнях; збільшення рівня державної підтримки у різних її формах; розробка нової системи оподаткування; екологічна спрямованість аграрної політики; раціональне землекористування та ін.

STATUS AND DIRECTIONS OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION PROVISION IMPROVEMENT OF AGRARIAN PRODUCTION IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article identifies the state and problems that hinder the improvement of investment and innovation provision of agrarian production. The role of scientific developments for the agrarian sector of the economy is researched. The analysis of statistical data on the development of agrarian investments is carried out. The priorities and directions for investing foreign investments are revealed. The main obstacles for investments in agrarian production are determined. The reasons of low level of innovations in agrarian production are investigated. Innovative instruments of influence on agrarian production and the main directions of overcoming obstacles for investment of agricultural production are proposed. The main ones are: to overcome corruption at all levels; increase the level of state support in its various forms; development of a new taxation system; ecological orientation of agrarian policy; rational land use and others.
