БЮДЖЕТНІ ІНСТРУМЕНТИ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЯК ЗАСІБ СТРУКТУРНОЇ ПЕРЕБУДОВИ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблем та перспектив розвитку інноваційної діяльності в Україні та впливу на ці процеси державної структурної політики. Проаналізовано показники бюджетного фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств. Розглянуто чинні бюджетні інструменти стимулювання інноваційної діяльності в українській державі, оцінено їх ефективність та дієвість у контексті розвитку інноваційної моделі розвитку економіки України.
Визначено пріоритетні напрями використання бюджетних інструментів у процесі фінансування та стимулювання інноваційної діяльності.

BUDGETARY TOOLS FOR STIMULATING INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT AS A MEANS OF STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE ECONOMY
Summary
The article is devoted to the research of problems and perspectives of development of innovation activity in Ukraine and the influence on these processes of state structural policy. The indicators of budget financing of innovation activity of enterprises are analyzed. Considered current budget tools for stimulating innovation in the Ukrainian state, estimated their efficiency and effectiveness in the context of the development of the innovative model of Ukraine's economic development.
The priority directions of using budget tools in the process of financing and stimulating innovation activity are determined.
