Анотація
У статті розглянуто основні чинники впливу фінансово-економічної безпеки на систему функціонування фінансово-економічного механізму в умовах аграрного природокористування. Наведено основні теоретичні та практичні рекомендації оптимізації стану економічної безпеки аграрного підприємства. Розроблено алгоритм впливу фінансово-економічного механізму на забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного підприємства в умовах ринку, а також оптимізаційний механізм функціонування системи економічної безпеки.

IMPACT OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM FOR THE OPERATION OF FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC MECHANISM IN TERMS OF AGRICULTURAL NATURAL RESOURCES
Summary
Introduction. Modern development of agricultural enterprises in terms of sustainable agrarian nature accompanied by a number of factors. These aspects are accompanied by technical — technological, social and financial — economic impact. We believe that it is financial — economic mechanisms of action on sustainable development and environmental management of the agricultural farms generally play the most significant value to their development. That is, the implementation rate of economic growth and stability, the ability to quickly navigate the enterprise market situation and make appropriate management decisions are largely determined by the availability of effective financial and economic mechanisms.
Purpose. The study is a detailed analysis of the functioning of the financial and economic mechanism in the conditions of agrarian nature; implementing optimal variant system of economic security is for agrarian enterprises; forming algorithm of impact financial — economic mechanism for sustainable development of the agricultural enterprises in the market; explore the factors influencing enhance economic security agrarian enterprises.
Results. In the article the analysis of the term "financial mechanism", which is a system of direct and indirect relationships between economic phenomena and processes, especially between their opposed parties, as well as subsystems and elements of economic systems. The theoretical approaches to the analysis of financial and economic mechanisms such as impacts on sustainable agricultural nature, represented as an algorithm. Found that a large number of dangers and threats of a business entity driven by growing uncertainty of the economic environment, an increase in risk. As a result of this it was proposed practical recommendations for optimization of the economic security of agricultural enterprises in the context of the overall functioning of the financial and economic mechanisms in the modern conditions. Therefore, note that to eliminate external threats to the economic security of the enterprise, need time to monitor changes in the regulatory framework, to choose the optimal tax system, establish a system of marketing of finished products, to improve analysis and system timeliness of input data, analyze contingent of suppliers and customers, as part of the optimization of payables and receivables. The next step in the effective functioning and ensuring economic security is the process of eliminating internal threats, which includes establishing personnel policies, establishing pricing and marketing policy, optimization product line, providing a sufficient level of protection of trade secrets.
Conclusions. The study it was proposed recommendation mechanism to optimize the impact of economic security for the functioning of financial and economic system of agrarian enterprise. Based on the above, we note that the effective operation of Economic Security Service, as part of financial — economic mechanism plays an important aspect in the overall sustainable development of the agricultural nature management in market conditions. The introduction in the production process the proposed measures will gradually improve financial — economic condition, and subsequently complete the establishment and functioning of the economic security of the agricultural enterprise.
