Анотація

У публікації розглядаються основні аспекти антикризового управління для сільськогосподарських підприємств. Висвітлено особливості використання діагностики стану підприємств з метою виявлення кризових явищ. Досліджено ділову активність сільськогосподарських підприємств Житомирської області. Наведено напрями здійснення антикризового управління в сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Визначено основні принципи фінансової стабілізації сільськогосподарських підприємств, що знаходяться в кризовому становищі. Розглянуто типові схеми управлінських впливів для подолання неплатоспроможності підприємств, які знаходяться у кризовому стані.

THE MAIN ASPECTS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Summary

The article deals with the main aspects of crisis management for agricultural enterprises. It is determined the use of diagnostic condition for enterprises to identify the crisis. Business activity of the agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region were studied. The implementation areas of crisis management in agricultural enterprises are discussed. It is spoken in detail about the basic principles of financial stabilization for agricultural enterprises, which are in crisis. Identified typical schemes of management actions to address the insolvency of companies that are in crisis. The article gives a detailed analysis of the financial state of agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region and there is used business activity method of assessment. The study reveals the essence of the five stages on management decisions for enterprises that are in crisis of operation or development. Attention is paid to the management decisions that can be made within these stages and respectively discussed the ways to improve the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. It is revealed the importance of development for proper and effective crisis management in modern conditions intended for the releasing of agricultural enterprises from crisis.
