ОЦІНКА АЛЬТЕРНАТИВ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ КОНКУРСУ ЄВРОБАЧЕННЯ-2017 В МІСТАХ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті здійснено огляд потенційних можливостей міст-претендентів проведення пісенного конкурсу Євробачення-2017. Зазначено, що Україна переживає тяжкі часи втрат внаслідок військових дій на сході та окупації Криму. Туристичний потік до країни постійно скорочується, що пов'язано безпосередньо з гібридною інформаційною війною, яка спотворює ситуацію і ставить під сумнів питання безпеки відпочинку. Цей захід дозволить реабілітувати репутацію країни як гостинного осередку. Метою статті стала оцінка туристичного потенціалу кожного міста в цій конкурентній боротьбі. Україна має досвід у проведенні такого рівня подій, проте в сучасних умовах це є надскладним завданням для суспільства та уряду. Тому роль соціального партнера та взяття на себе економічних зобов'язань покладена, перш за все, на бюджети та владу міст. Проведене дослідження дозволило виявити, що найбільші переваги по зазначеним критеріям має м. Київ, бо Дніпро потребує значних інвестицій у формуванні бренда міста та формуванні умов, а Одеса не спроможна буде розмістити увесь потік гостей через високий рівень завантаження засобів розміщення, продемонстрований в 2015 і 2016 рр. Тому вибір серед альтернатив припадає саме на столицю, що, крім цього, має досвід та належну інфраструктуру. В статті відмічено, що цікавим є подальше дослідження зроблених прогнозів та соціально-економічних наслідків проведення конкурсу.

EUROVISION-2017 SONG CONTEST ALTERNATIVES EVALUATION IN THE CITIES OF UKRAINE
Summary
The article reviews potential cities-candidates for the song contest Eurovision-2017 conduct. It indicates that Ukraine is going through hard times because of the loss of military operations in the eastern Ukraine and the occupation of the Crimea. The tourist flow into the country is steadily declining, as a direct result of the hybrid information war distorting the situation and prejudicing the security of the recreation facilities. The event will rehabilitate the country's reputation as a hospitable center. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the tourism potential of each city in this competition. Ukraine has experience in conducting events of this level, but in modern terms this is a complicated task for society and government. Therefore, the role of the social partner and taking over the economic obligations are laid primarily on government budgets and cities. The study allows to assume Kyiv to be of the biggest advantage according to these criteria, as Dnipro-city requires a significant placement of funds in shaping the brand of the city and the formation of the necessary conditions. In its turn, Odesa is not able to accommodate the entire flow of visitors because of high load accommodation, demonstrated in 2015 and 2016 So the choice among alternatives falls on the capital, which, in addition, has experience and adequate infrastructure. The article notes that a great interest has the further study of the forecast and socio-economic consequences of the competition.
