КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ОСНОВИ АНТИКРИЗОВОГО ФІНАНСОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ

Анотація

У статті розглянуто проблематику антикризового фінансового управління на вітчизняних суб'єктах господарювання в умовах агресивного зовнішнього середовища (депресія в економіці України). Розроблено теоретичні концептуальні основи ситуаційного (антикризового) фінансового управління на підприємствах з акцентом на формулюванні нового визначення терміну "антикризове фінансове управління на підприємстві" з врахуванням схеми побудови поняття та критичної оцінки дефініції терміну провідними науковцями країни. В рамках визначення терміну "антикризове (ситуаційне) фінансове управління на підприємстві" було враховано наступні схематичні складові поняття: підприємство, управління, фінансова діяльність, управління підприємством, управління фінансовою діяльністю підприємства, антикризове (ситуаційне) управління підприємством. Окремо, на базі нового поняття, було визначено мету, завдання, об'єкт, суб'єкти антикризового фінансового управління суб'єкта господарювання. Намічено подальші напрями наукових розробок у даній проблематиці.

CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF ANTI-CRISIS FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Summary

The article is dedicated to the problem of anti-crisis financial management on the domestic business entities in the terms of aggressive external environment (depression in the economy of Ukraine). Conceptual theoretic basis of situational (anti-crisis) financial management at the enterprises have been developed with the stress on the formation of new definition for "anti-crisis financial management at the enterprise" taking into account the scheme of the creation of notion and critical estimation of the term's definitions given by prominent scientists of the country. Within the definition of the term "anti-crisis (situational) financial management of the enterprise" the following schematic parts of the notion have been outlined: an enterprise, management, financial activity, management of the enterprise, management of the financial activity of the enterprise, anti-crisis financial management of the enterprise. Besides, on the basis of new notion, the aim, tasks, the object and subjects of the anti-crisis financial management of the business entity have been defined. The further scientific research on the given issue is also provided.
