ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ТРАНСПОРТНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ДЛЯ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ КУРОРТІВ
Анотація
Посилення конкуренції на ринку транспортних послуг у туристичній сфері зобов'язує ведення бізнесу з високим рівнем конкурентних переваг. У статті розглядаються питання оцінки ефективного функціонування транспортних підприємств для забезпечення розвитку інфраструктури курортів, визначено основні принципи здійснення комплексної оцінки рівня конкурентоспроможності транспортних підприємств.
У науковій роботі запропоновано визначення інтегрального показника оцінки рівня конкурентоспроможності транспортних підприємств, широке застосування якого можливе як в теоретичних дослідженнях, так і в практиці економічного аналізу. Інтегральний показник представляє собою агреговану форму певних коефіцієнтів, включає в себе важливі кінцеві критерії конкурентоспроможності, якими є прибутковість, обсяг стратегічних інноваційних інвестицій та частка підприємств на ринку. Ці критерії, на наш погляд, об'єднують у себе абсолютну більшість факторів, які здійснюють вплив на діяльність транспортних підприємств в умовах конкурентного ринку та визначають перспективи їх функціонування і розвитку, що в підсумку забезпечує максимальну достовірність очікуваних результатів.

EVALUATION OF TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES PERFORMANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RESORT INFRASTRUCTURE
Summary
Increasing competitiveness in the transportation services market in tourist industry compels that business is conducted with high level of competitive advantages. In the article the issues of transport enterprises performance for development of resort infrastructure are considered, the basic principles for comprehensive evaluation of the transport enterprises degree of competitiveness are defined.
In this scientific work there is also suggested a definition of the integral index for evaluation of the transport enterprises degree of competitiveness, the widespread use of which is possible both in theoretical studies and in practice of economic analysis. The integral index is the aggregated form of certain coefficients, comprises the important end criteria of competitiveness, which are the profitability, the scope of strategic innovative investments, and the enterprise's share of the market. In our opinion these criteria are combining the absolute majority of the factors influencing the activities of transport enterprises under competitive market conditions and determine the prospects of functioning and development thereof, which ultimately provides for the highest reliability of expected results.
