ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТРУДОМІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ У ПРИКОРДОННОМУ РЕГІОНІ

Анотація

У статті виявлено сучасні тенденції активізації транскордонного співробітництва, виявлення найбільш ефективних засобів вирішення проблем у таких напрямах, як розвиток прикордонної та транспортної інфраструктури, захист спільних кордонів, спрощення процедур перетину кордону, захист від організованої злочинності та боротьба з нею; охорона навколишнього середовища й охорона здоров'я, розвиток культурних зв'язків з обох боків кордону. В окрему проблему виділяється трудова міграція, яка вимагає формування ефективних міждержавних механізмів її регулювання в період становлення та активізації зовнішньоекономічних у транскордонних регіонах між Україною та Європейським Союзом.

FEATURES OF ADJUSTMENT OF LABOR MIGRATION PROCESSES IN THE BORDER REGION

Summary

The current trends of activation of cross-border cooperation, identifying the most effective means of solving the problems in such areas as development of border and transport infrastructure, protection of the common borders, simplifying the procedures of crossing the border, protection against organized criminality and its overcoming; environment and health protection, development of cultural relations on both sides of the border are described in the article. Labor migration, which requires the development of effective international mechanisms of regulation during the formation and activation of foreign trade in cross-border regions between Ukraine and the European Union are considered to be an another problem.
