МЕТОДИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПРОДОВОЛЬЧОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ

Анотація

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз методів оцінки продовольчого забезпечення у ринкових умовах. Велика увага приділена новим методам дослідження економічних процесів і формування сучасного стану продовольчої безпеки. Виявлено відсутність єдиного підходу щодо оцінки сучасного стану продовольчого забезпечення. Розкрито роль системного підходу і його значення у процесі аналізу продовольчої безпеки. Запропоновано алгоритм дослідження стану, ефективності функціонування та перспектив розвитку агропродовольчого виробництва на основі використання сукупності методів з врахуванням специфіки АПК. Досліджено і розкрито особливості комплексної оцінки функціонування агропродовольчого виробництва. На основі цього розроблений підхід щодо визначення у динаміці стійкості продовольчого забезпечення залежно від змін показників продуктивності в галузях АПК. На підставі запропонованого комплексу взаємопов'язаних між собою традиційних і нових методів економічного дослідження продовольчого забезпечення розроблено напрями підвищення ефективності функціонування системи продовольчої безпеки.

METHODS OF ECONOMIC RESEARCH OF THE FOOD PROVIDING

Summary

In the article the theoretical analysis of methods of estimation of the food providing is carried out in market conditions. Large attention is spared the new methods of research of economic processes forming of the modern state of food security. Found out absence of the unique approach in relation to the estimation of the modern state of the food providing. The role of approach of the systems and his value is exposed in the process of analysis of food security. The algorithm of research of the state, efficiency of functioning and prospects of development of agricultural production, is offered on the basis of the use of aggregate of methods taking into account the specific of agriculture. Investigational and the features of complex estimation of functioning of agricultural production are exposed. On the basis of it the developed approach is in relation to determination in the dynamics of firmness of the food providing depending on the changes of indexes of the productivity in industries of agriculture. On the basis of the offered complex of traditional and new methods of economic research of the food providing directions of increase of efficiency of functioning of the system of food security are developed.
