ДЕРЖАВНА ПІДТРИМКА РОЗВИТКУ МАЛОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ В КРИЗОВИХ УМОВАХ
Анотація
У статті досліджено основні аспекти державної підтримки малого бізнесу у розвинених країнах світу. Розглянуто механізм державної підтримки малого бізнесу в Україні та визначено основні проблеми та перешкоди, які уповільнюють його розвиток. Також визначено особливості державного регулювання малого підприємництва в умовах кризи, зокрема в Івано-Франківській області. Проаналізовано умови ведення бізнесу в Україні та області. Надано пропозиції щодо ефективної державної його підтримки. Доведено необхідність розширити прийняття комплексних державних заходів по стимулюванню створення нових малих інноваційних підприємств у різних галузях, що зумовить істотний вплив на збільшення долі високотехнологічної ринкової продукції та формування національної інноваційної інфраструктури, розвиток якої на сучасному етапі є важливим завданням.

STATE SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE IN CRISIS
Summary
The basic aspects of state support of small business are investigated in the developed countries of the world. The mechanism of state support of small business in Ukraine is considered. The main problems and obstacles which slow his development are determined. We also determined the specifics of state regulation of small business in the crisis, particular in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The conditions of doing business in Ukraine and the region are analyzed. The suggestions about effective state support of small business are given. The necessity to expand the adoption of comprehensive government measures to stimulate the creation of new small innovative enterprises in various sectors is proved, that will cause a significant impact on the market to increase the share of high-tech products and establish a national innovation infrastructure development that is important at this stage.
