ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПЕРЕДУМОВ Й ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ ФАКТОРІВ РОЗВИТКУ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ РЕГІОНІВ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті обгрунтовано необхідність початку пошуку шляхів фінансування великих інфраструктурних проектів. На основі проведеного анкетного опитування сформовано категорії передумов, що повинні сприяти формуванню ефективної транспортної інфраструктури, підтверджено значимість отриманих даних від експертів, наведено рекомендації для державних та регіональних органів влади. Підкреслено, що Україна має ряд важливих компонентів, необхідних для підтримки тривалого інфраструктурного розвитку таких, як сильні технічні й інженерні ресурси державного й приватного сектору. Ці ресурси потребують постійного розвитку, а також кращої організації для підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності й успішної реалізації інфраструктурних програм. Встановлено, що на розвиток інфраструктурного забезпечення здійснюють вплив багато факторів як якісних, так і кількісних. За допомогою використання кореляційного та регресійного аналізу визначити розмір впливу на досліджуване явище, форму зв'язку та його тісноту. Отримані дані щодо значимих факторів у різних групах відносно рівня розвитку інфраструктури дозволяють обгрунтовано здійснювати управління транспортною інфраструктурою, складати сценарії та прогнози подальшого розвитку транспортної інфраструктури.

DEFINITION OF CONDITIONS AND SUBSTANTIATION OF FACTORS OF DEVELOPMENT OF A TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE OF REGIONS OF UKRAINE
Summary
In the article necessity of the beginning of search of ways of financing of the big infrastructural projects is reasonable. On the basis of the conducted questionnaire categories which should promote formation of an effective transport infrastructure are generated, the importance of the received data from experts is confirmed, recommendations for the state and regional government bodies are resulted. It is underlined that Ukraine has a number of the important components necessary for support of long infrastructural development, such as strong technical and engineering resources state and a private sector. These resources require constant development, and also the best organisation for increase of their competitiveness and successful realisation of infrastructural programs. It is established that on development of infrastructural maintenance carry out influence many factors both qualitative, and quantitative. By means of use correlation and regression the analysis the size of influence on the investigated phenomenon, the form of communication and its narrowness is defined. The obtained data concerning significant factors in different groups concerning an infrastructure level of development allows is reasonable to exercise administration of a transport infrastructure, to build scenarios and forecasts of the further development of a transport infrastructure.
