ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІКИ І ЗАВДАННЯ АГРАРНОЇ НАУКИ ТА ОСВІТИ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано підходи до процесу створення надійної та ефективної інноваційної моделі. Розкрито роль інноваційних процесів у стимулювання освітянських реформ. Значну увагу приділено характеристикам виробничих циклів. Обгрунтовано висновки щодо недостатнього розуміння керівниками та спеціалістами вітчизняних підприємств значення інновацій та сучасних методів управління інноваційними процесами в економічному розвитку держави. Встановлено тенденції низького попиту на наукові розробки та інновації в аграрній сфері. Доведено потребу впровадження в навчальний процес курсу інноваційного управління як складової стратегічного управління. Наведено практику НУБіП України щодо формування професійно значущих умінь науково-педагогічних працівників та розвитку їх інноваційного потенціалу шляхом розробки і впровадження програми семінару підвищення кваліфікації на тему "Інноваційна спрямованість педагогічної діяльності".

SPECIFICS OF ECONOMICS INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT AND TASKS OF AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION AND SCIENCE
Summary
The article analyzes the approaches to the process of establishing a credible and effective innovation model. The role of innovation processes in stimulation of educational reforms has been covered. Much attention is given to the characteristics of production cycles. It has been proved that managers and specialists of national enterprises lack understanding of the importance of innovation and modern methods of innovation processes in economic development. Trends of low demand for research, development and innovation in agriculture were defined. The need to introduce innovation management course as part of strategic management into the educational process has been proved. The article demonstrates the experience of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in honing the important professional skills in teaching staff and raising their innovation potential by developing and implementing the training workshop program "Innovation focus on educational activities".
