ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ РЕІНЖИНІРИНГУ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТА АНТИКРИЗОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ
Анотація
У статті визначено методичні підходи до відбору найбільш перспективних для проведення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів на підприємстві та розрахунку очікуваного ефекту від здійснення конкретних антикризових заходів. Оцінку ефективності реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів підприємства пропонується здійснювати у шість кроків. По-перше, необхідний аналіз показників фінансового стану підприємства з метою з'ясування типу кризи. Другим кроком має бути визначений характер реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів відповідно до типу кризи. Третій крок передбачає оцінку бізнес-процесів підприємства за критеріями ступеня несправності, важливості для клієнта та ймовірності успішного реінжинірингу. На четвертому етапі здійснюється вибір бізнес-процесу, що в першу чергу піддаватиметься реінжинірингу, на основі критерію максимізації інтегральної оцінки бізнес-процесу. П'ятим кроком будується прогноз змінених параметрів бізнес-процесу (тривалість, трудомісткість, витратність) та розрахунок прогнозних показників ЕВІТ, ЕАТ, ROTA та ROЕ. На шостому кроці формується висновок щодо можливості подолання кризи завдяки реінжинірингу саме обраного бізнес-процесу.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF REENGINEERING BUSINESS PROCESSES AS A TOOL OF ANTI-RECESSIONARY MANAGEMENT
Summary
In the article, there are methodological approaches to the selection of the most promising for the reengineering of business processes in the enterprise and the calculation of the expected effect of the implementation of specific anti-recessionary measures. It is proposed to carry out the evaluation of the effectiveness of reengineering business processes in six steps. Firstly, it is necessary to analyze the financial condition of the company and to find out the type of crisis. The second step should be to define the nature of business process reengineering according to the type of crisis. The third step involves the evaluation of business processes of the company by criteria of the degree of malfunction, the importance of the client and the probability of successful reengineering. The fourth stage is the choice of business process which will be exposed to reengineering basing on the criteria of maximizing integrated assessment of the business process. The fifth step is based on the prediction of the changed parameters of the business process (duration, complexity, expensive) and calculation of estimated figures EBIT, EAT, ROTA and ROE. The sixth step is formed on the possibility of overcoming the crisis through reengineering which is chosen as a business process.
