ПРОБЛЕМИ РОЗВИТКУ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ СІЛЬСЬКИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ

Анотація

Авторами досліджено основні напрями розвитку соціальної інфраструктури сільських територій на сучасному етапі їх розвитку. В структурі соціальної інфраструктури сільських територій виділяємо галузі соціально-побутового та соціально-культурного призначення. Проведено аналіз стану соціальної інфраструктури сільських територій. Здійснено обробку даних щодо динаміки кількості об'єктів сільської соціальної інфраструктури в Україні. Розглянуто контингент закладів охорони здоров'я у сільській місцевості, який в загальному складає середній медичний персонал. Визначено, що у медичних закладах сільських територій відбувається реорганізація. Виділено основні об'єкти освіти у сільській місцевості. Проаналізовано ситуацію із закладами культури сільських територій. Здійснено ретроспективний аналіз мережі об'єктів соціальної інфраструктури. На основі проведеного аналізу виокремлено основні проблеми розвитку соціальної інфраструктури сільських територій.

PROBLEMS OF RURAL SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Summary

The article deals with the main directions of the development of the social infrastructure in rural areas at the present stage of their development. It is systematized the structure of the social infrastructure in rural areas dividing it into a social cultural and social domestic significance. It is conducted the analysis of the social infrastructure in rural areas. It carried out data processing about the dynamics of the number of rural social infrastructure in Ukraine. It is examined the contingent of health facilities in rural areas, which in general consists of nurses. It is determined that the health facilities in rural areas are being recognized. It is determined the main objects of education in rural areas. Attention is drawn to the situation of cultural institutions in rural areas. It is conducted the retrospective analysis of a network of social infrastructure. Basing on the analysis, the basic problems of social infrastructure in rural areas are determined.
