Анотація
У статті розглянуто необхідність переорієнтації аграрного сектору на інвестиційно-інноваційну модель розвитку. Успішне вирішення цього завдання залежить від наявності ефективної системи фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності на всіх етапах її здійснення. Динамічні умови здійснення інноваційної діяльності вимагають достатньої обгрунтованості планів, які визначаються ступенем забезпеченості ресурсами, необхідними для здійснення проектів. Фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств виступає основою науково-технічного прогресу й технологічної модернізації виробничих потужностей. Обгрунтовано поняття фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку та розкрито основні його джерела. Виходячи з ролі й місця банківської системи у фінансуванні інноваційної діяльності агроформувань обгрунтовано доцільність формування спеціалізованої системи кредитування інвестиційно-інноваційного розвитку агроформувань. Вибір оптимальної структури джерел фінансового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку агроформувань має велике значення за умов ринкової економіки. Оптимальне співвідношення між усіма ресурсами фінансування інвестиційної діяльності є запорукою успішного функціонування підприємства.

Summary
This article deals with the need for a reorientation of the agricultural sector for investment and innovation model of development. The successful solution of this problem depends on an effective system of financial providing of innovative activity at all stages of its implementation. Dynamic conditions of innovation activities require sufficient validity of plans, which are determined by degree of resources providing, that are necessary for caring out projects. Financing of innovation activities of enterprises acts as a basis of scientific and technological progress and technological modernization of production facilities. Is substantiated the concept of financial providing of innovation development and revealed its main sources. Based on the importance and role of the banking system in financing of innovative activity of agroformations is substantiated expediency of forming specialized lending, investment and innovation of agroformations. Choosing the optimal structure of sources of financial support of innovative development of agroformations is important in a market economy. The optimal ratio between all funding resources of investment activity is a key to the successful functioning of enterprise.
