Анотація
У статті досліджуються інструменти і методи розвитку переробних підприємств аграрної сфери України державою, з урахуванням світових тенденції глобалізації й лібералізації економіки. Представлені результати аналізу сучасного стану та напрямів вдосконалення переробних підприємств аграрної сфери України, реалізація яких має на меті вдосконалення державного управління аграрною сферою, розвиток ринкової інфраструктури, що обслуговує сектор і розвивається на основі конкурентного механізму, а також захист вітчизняного ринку сільськогосподарської продукції.

Summary
The article examines the tools and techniques the state of development of the processing enterprises of the agrarian sector of Ukraine, taking into account the global trends of globalization and economic liberalization. The results of analysis of the current state and the ways to improve the processing enterprises of the agrarian sector of Ukraine, the implementation of which is to improve the governance of the agrarian sphere, development of market infrastructure serving sector and develops through a competitive mechanism, as well as protection of the domestic market for agricultural products.
