ІНТЕНСИФІКАЦІЯ ШЛЯХІВ ПЕРЕРОБКИ КАРТОПЛІ В ОСНОВНИХ ХАРЧОВИХ НАПРЯМАХ

Анотація

Стаття присвячена ринку картоплі. Визначено, що в умовах необхідності забезпечення продовольчої безпеки картопля є незамінним товаром.
Зазначено, що надзвичайно поширеним способом переробки картоплі є виготовлення чіпсів, але в нашій країні постає проблема розведення відповідних сортів на промисловій основі в необхідних обсягах, для задовольняння потреб виробників чіпсів власною вітчизняною сировиною.
Проведено аналіз розвитку приватного ресторанного бізнесу із широким спектром пропозицій. Визначено, що лідером на вітчизняному ринку швидкого харчування залишається компанія МакДональдз. Одним із основних продуктів, який використовується в закладах МакДональдз, є картопля. Дослідження діяльності закладів швидкого харчування дає уявлення про потужність їхнього виробництва, що сприяє розвитку виробничої бази відповідної країни.
Доведено, що розвиток галузі картоплярства, а саме спеціалізованого, здатне задовольнити промисловість якісною продукцією, є необхідною та закономірною вимогою сьогодення.

INTENSIFICATION OF THE POTATO PROCESSING METHODS IN THE MAIN FOOD INDUSTRIES

Summary

The article is devoted to the potato market, and it is defined that the potato is an irreplaceable commodity under the condition of ensuring food supply security.
It is specified that the chips production is an extremely populated way of potato processing, but in our country there arises a problem of the relevant potato breeds cultivation on the industrial basis and to the extent, required to satisfy the needs of chips producers with the domestic material.
An analysis is made regarding development of private restaurant business with the wide spectrum of offers. It is defined that the McDonald's company remains to be the leader on the domestic fast food market. The potato is among the main products used in the McDonald's outlets. The research of the fast food outlets gives us an idea of their production capacity, which contributes to the development of the relevant country production facilities.
It is proven that the development of the potato growing industry, the specialized one in particular, can satisfy the industry with the quality products, and is the necessary and well-formed demand of today.
