МОДЕЛІ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ І ЗОВНІШНЬОТОРГОВЕЛЬНИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ У ПРОЦЕСІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЕКСПОРТНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ
Анотація
У статті висвітлюються наукові основи моделювання потоків вартостей, які відображають прямі та обернені зв'язки між експортом агропродовольчої продукції і ефективністю господарської діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Використання принципів методу міжгалузевого балансу дозволило встановити, що зростання обсягів послуг зовнішньоторговельної фірми та (або) скорочення її доданої вартості чинить позитивний вплив на експортний потенціал сільськогосподарського підприємства. Водночас, додана вартість сільськогосподарського підприємства буде скорочуватися разом із зростанням обсягів виробництва у сільському господарстві за умови, що обсяги діяльності інших господарських систем залишаться незмінними.
Динамічні залежності доданих вартостей сільськогосподарського підприємства та зовнішньоторговельної фірми, побудовані на базі "жорсткої" моделі "хижак-жертва", демонструють періодичні коливання економічних потенціалів господарюючих суб'єктів, що взаємодіють. Введення в модель додаткових пом'якшуючих умов, які роблять її більш реалістичною, між іншим, можуть призвести до розбалансування взаємодії та повного руйнування економічного потенціалу одного з учасників.
Показано, що стабільність системи взаємодії буде забезпечена, якщо в модель будуть введені елементи, значення яких залежать від поточного стану господарюючих суб'єктів. Ці елементи забезпечують зворотній зв'язок і у випадку відхилення системи від стаціонарного стану, повертатимуть її до нього.
Теоретичне обгрунтування характеру та значення цих елементів є напрямом подальших досліджень. Практична реалізація зворотного зв'язку можлива у формі управління сільськогосподарським підприємством та зовнішньоторговельною фірмою з єдиного центру або у формі регіонального кластеру на основі соціального капіталу.

MODELS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES AND TRADE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PROCESS OF REALIZATION THE EXPORT POTENTIAL
Summary
The article highlights the scientific fundamentals of modeling the flow values that reflect the direct and indirect linkages between the export of agro-food products and the efficiency of economic activity of agricultural enterprises. Using the principles of the method of inter-sectoral balance has allowed to establish, that growth of volumes of services of foreign trade company and (or) reduction of its value-added has a positive influence on the export potential of agricultural enterprises. At the same time, the value-added of the agricultural enterprises will decrease along with the growth of production in agriculture, provided that the volumes of activity of other economic systems remain unchanged.
Dynamic dependencies of the value-added of the agricultural enterprise and foreign trade company built on the basis of the "rigid" model of the "predator-prey", demonstrate the periodic fluctuations of the economic potentials of economic entities that interact. The introduction in model of additional mitigating conditions, which make it more realistic, by the way, can lead to deregulation of interaction and the complete destruction of the economic potential of one of the participants.
It is shown that the stability of interaction will be provided, if the model will be introduced to the elements, the value of which depends on the current status of economic entities. These elements provide feedback and in case of deviation of the system from the stationary state, return it to it.
Theoretical substantiation of the nature and importance of these elements is direction for future research. The practical implementation of feedback is available in the form of management of agricultural enterprises and foreign trade company from a single center or in the form of a regional cluster on the basis of social capital.
